LOOP assures the quality of its products and your satisfaction. If you wish to return a product for replacement or refund, please notify Customer Service immediately and specify the reason for return. Then return the unused item(s) in original condition within 30 days of receipt to the address provided by Customer Service:

shipping & handling

Orders are processed on weekdays only, and usually ship within 2 – 5 days depending on stock. All online orders are shipped with UPS Ground. LOOP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us directly for International shipping charges. LOOP is not responsible for additional taxes or customs for foreign shipping and handling.
